Organizing a Lecture
of Zbigniew Oksiuta
at al&d
University of Toronto
I initiated and organized a lecture of a Polish architect, artist and scientist working in Germany, Zbigniew Oksiuta, at the Architecture, Landscape and Design Faculty of University of Toronto.
The coordination of the presentation
involved:
-Inviting Zbigniew Oksiuta.
-Getting appropriate authorization from al&d.
-Coordinating the logistics of the event, including the availability of the
auditorium and the visual and audio equipment.
-Making sure the press, radio and TV will attend and write and do programs
about the event.
-Designing, printing and distribution of posters and invitations.
-Informing end ensuring that all university newspapers and numerous websites
related to the subject will place the information about the lecture.
-Finally, introducing Zbigniew Oksiuta , assisting him during the presentation,
translating and answering the questions.
