Architectural Orders
An assignment to get acquainted with the details of the classical orders. The assignment required doing sketches of Manchester School of Art (Doric), Manchester City Art Gallery (Ionic) and Manchester Central Library (Corinthian). In addition, a drawing of a complete column and part of the entablature at 1/20th scale with a detail of the cornice at 1/5 scale for each of the orders had to be submitted.
